Refund policy

If you receive your item and it is broken or drastically damaged from the shipping process, we will happily offer a full refund. Please try and take a photo of the damage so we can determine if it was caused by our manufacturing process or if it occurred in transit. This refund option is only valid for 30 days from the date the order is shipped.
