Do you draw the art/create the designs yourselves?

Unless the product description states "Art by..." or "Original File Design by..." we create all of our designs in-house! We have valid commercial agreements and licenses with our partner artists and designers and we always give credit where credit is due!

When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, since most of our products are hand-made/made to order, please allow up to 7 days of processing time before your order is shipped. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 48 hours if your item has not yet been shipped.

I made a mistake at checkout, can I change my order?

As long as the item you would like to exchange with is available, we can grant you this change. Please email lasercutlegends@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

If you receive your item and it is broken or drastically damaged from the shipping process, we will happily offer a full refund. Please try and take a photo of the damage so we can determine if it was caused by our manufacturing process or if it occurred in transit. This refund option is only valid for 30 days from the date the order is shipped. Can I exchange my item?

No exchanges are permitted.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to anywhere in the USA, Canada, Europe, and parts of Asia. For international orders, please be aware that your country may require you to pay a customs fee when you receive your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees and they are not paid to us.
